Who We Are
Geoffrey S. Mackay a life long Cowboy was born into a Christian family but strayed in his teen years. Life found him in hotel and restaurant kitchens honing his culinary skills. and drawn to the rodeo arena. it was in one of those arenas where he accepted Jesus as his Savoiur. His lovely wife Kimberley K. Burron grew up in a Christian home and accepted Jesus Christ as a young girl. She discovered her love of researching the bible while in bible college. Though they took different paths in life they both experienced a call to the ministry. God brought them together several years later to walk together in Christ. through many hours of prayer The Holy Spirit has lead them to become missionaries, sharing God’s word wherever they’re lead. About four years ago they felt the calling from God to form Fallen But Forgiven Cowboy Ministry, and became the First Canadian Chapter of Cowboys For Christ. They are also Blessed to be involved with the Cowboy Ministry Network,
Fallen but Forgiven Cowboy Ministry doesn’t have a traditional church building. We travel to spreading God’s Word through action and message wherever God presents the opportunity. We travel to our congregations, whether at a cowboy church, church services at a rodeo, small town church, hospital, banquet, care home, trail ride, horse or cattle show or a cowboy gathering.
Each service is tailored for the occasion, but all deliver God’s Word in an earthy cowboy way. Our mission is to share His message wherever we can, to inspire the Body of Christ, and share with those who may not get to hear God’s message normally. Our services combine biblical truths shared through poetry, storytelling, and sharing our testimonies of love, faith, and service to God in formal and informal settings.
We travel and live under the premise that God will provide all our needs and pray that where we get called to will help pay expenses, take a good-will offering, or give any type of one-time or ongoing funding to help us as we travel to spread the Love of God and remind those in our path of His infinite mercy and the wondrous peace that knowing Him brings.
